PRODUCTION CONTRACTS.
Each year we contract large areas for seed production in New Zealand, Australia, Argentina and the USA for a wide range of crop types. These include Cropmark Seeds’ own proprietary varieties, as well as crops contracted on behalf of overseas companies.
Cropmark’s experienced and skilled production agronomists provide strong technical back-up to New Zealand’s best arable seed producers.
We monitor and continually test crops from sowing through until post-harvest to ensure highest quality control.
Our regular seed production contracts include ryegrass, white clover, turnips, kale, seed barley, canola, borage and other specialist seed crops, and as a result of continued growth in market share and company expansion, our seed production requirements continue to grow.
We are currently still looking for limited seed production area of perennial ryegrass, Italian ryegrass and Demand white clover.
